With more than half the people being from the USA, we are kind of selective on quality and standards. This was a great place for family fun time & relaxation. We had 23 people in total but yet the house was able to accommodate us all comfortably. The staff was great and the chef did a great job in preparing all our meals. There was always extra food than we could eat. Highly recommend for all families.. big and small. The rabbits and swimming pool were a great hit for the kids! Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is that 1 day there was no water available for several hours in the morning, but other than that a great experience!

The property is surrounded by lush guava trees, adding a refreshing touch to the ambiance. A highlight of the stay was the large swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing dip, along with a separate kids' pool that kept the little ones entertained.
The farmhouse is well-maintained, thanks to the dedicated caretaker who ensured everything was spotless and in order. The kitchen, equipped with basic necessities, made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Outside, the expansive lawn provided ample space for relaxation, and the designated area for volleyball or badminton was a great addition for those looking to stay active.
However, the room layout Each of the five bedrooms is connected in a way that requires you to walk through one room to access the next, which might not be ideal for everyone.

The Property - villa, swimming pool and the garden was nicely designed and well maintained. Clean and hygienic. Swimming pool is pretty big which is great. The food served at the property is delicious. The owner of the property is cooperative. Definitely worth visit.

A night below the stars on the open lawn is a 'must do'. The food catered is excellent. The staff are polite and helpful at all times. Kunal is a wonderful host; very involved and reachable. I and my family went to Unnati farms for weekend getaway. It is a really well planned property and has all amenities including badminton, table tennis, music system, karaoke facility, swimming pool etc.The food was the highlight , very delicious, well cooked and home like food . The chef takes into consideration your personal requirements. The owner and caretakers are also very considerate . Overall a very good place to spend weekend away from city hustle bustle .

I visited with my family and friends in September this year. We had a wonderful experience. If you are looking for some time away from the city life and want to enjoy nature and some fresh air and beautiful view, this is the place for you. Villa is tastefully made, swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is away from the villa and there are care takers who are simple and amazing people. Harish the care taker, Rakesh the cook and their family made us feel comfortable and cooked some best food for us during our stay. Kunal Sawant the host was very helpful, he ensured he was in touch with us continuously to make sure everything was in place and he was a call away for anything we wanted. In short, it was a lovely experience. The greenery around the villa is just breath taking. It is a good place to visit with family, kids will enjoy too, there is lot of space for them to play and run around. Thank you Kunal, Harish, Rakesh, Tarun for the hospitality.
Recently visited this place and we were just blown away with the beauty the way the place is build and maintained, at the end we were disappointed for booking it only for couple of days. It brought calm n peace n fun. The food was good but could have better options made available.

We (me and my family of 8) stayed at Unnati farms for 2 nights. The stay here was fanstastic. We visited during rainy season.. but I believe any season here will be great! The property is covered in lush green, and is very clean. We also had great food here - the people went above and beyond the food menu to cook things according to our choice, and each and every item was lip-smacking delicious! I would definitely like to visit again.
Really really enjoyed the stay here, in fact we wanted to stay longer but unfortunately for us. l must say was an absolute pleasure from minute one of our arrival, really made us feel at home from the get go. Even when l kept bugging her with questions about the amazing accommodations l never felt like anything l was asking was too much trouble in any way. The facilities were immaculate, with beautifully kept gardens trimmed to perfection and the room!! Ahhh so good, simple, clean but luxurious at the same time, with everything needed to cook a meal, wash your clothes and get a great night sleep. Plus the location was perfect, only a 20 km from Nashik city. Plus a wine and beer store 1km from here, meaning that everything you needed was just there, so you could choose to not move and spend the entire day by the pool located right in the middle of those beautifully kept gardens. I am only one man but l recommend this place highly and above every other place I've stayed.

Excellent place to enjoy, away from city’s hustle bustle . Property is very big / clean and even swimming pool is of very good size. Have not seen this size of pool in the farm houses.

Me and my wife, along with my parents and in-laws had an excellent time at Unnati Farms over this past weekend. The property is very well built and has been maintained really well by Hari, the caretaker. Being close to Nasik (our native place), the drive didn't take more than 30 mins one way but yet, it has such a cozy & comforting vibes of being in a calm, serene environment. It has a sprawling lawn for kids to play, all the bedrooms have nice beds, toilets are clean and tidy, and you have a great view overlooking an orchard that has guava, papaya and mango trees.
Mr. Sawant, the owner, took care of checking in with us before our arrival and Mr. Arun, who manages the kitchen, made sure we get a wide spread of options for both veg and non-veg food. I can vouch for their food and service any day.
Added attraction - this being the grapes-season in n around Nasik, we ventured out to nearby farms and got back with juicy, farm-fresh grapes. Farmers were very kind and adamant on not charging us anything,

Recently visited this place and we were just blown away with the beauty the way the place is build and maintained, at the end we were disappointed for booking it only for couple of days. It brought calm n peace n fun. The food was good but could have better options made available.

We (me and my family of 8) stayed at Unnati farms for 2 nights. The stay here was fanstastic. We visited during rainy season.. but I believe any season here will be great! The property is covered in lush green, and is very clean. We also had great food here - the people went above and beyond the food menu to cook things according to our choice, and each and every item was lip-smacking delicious! I would definitely like to visit again.
Really really enjoyed the stay here, in fact we wanted to stay longer but unfortunately for us. l must say was an absolute pleasure from minute one of our arrival, really made us feel at home from the get go. Even when l kept bugging her with questions about the amazing accommodations l never felt like anything l was asking was too much trouble in any way. The facilities were immaculate, with beautifully kept gardens trimmed to perfection and the room!! Ahhh so good, simple, clean but luxurious at the same time, with everything needed to cook a meal, wash your clothes and get a great night sleep. Plus the location was perfect, only a 20 km from Nashik city. Plus a wine and beer store 1km from here, meaning that everything you needed was just there, so you could choose to not move and spend the entire day by the pool located right in the middle of those beautifully kept gardens. I am only one man but l recommend this place highly and above every other place I've stayed.

Excellent place to enjoy, away from city’s hustle bustle . Property is very big / clean and even swimming pool is of very good size. Have not seen this size of pool in the farm houses.
Food is awesome .
Care taker and cook really took good care of us. Food is awesome .In short a great place to wind up with family and friends, it’s worth a visit .

It is a very good place to relax. The ambience is also very nice. Food quality is good.
Beautiful farmhouse with big play area for kids.. we had wonderful stay there.. farmhouse was nicely maintained, cleaned & Hygine👍🏻 Pleasant ambiance 😍very happy
Me and my wife, along with my parents and in-laws had an excellent time at Unnati Farms over this past weekend. The property is very well built and has been maintained really well by Hari, the caretaker. Being close to Nasik (our native place), the drive didn't take more than 30 mins one way but yet, it has such a cozy & comforting vibes of being in a calm, serene environment. It has a sprawling lawn for kids to play, all the bedrooms have nice beds, toilets are clean and tidy, and you have a great view overlooking an orchard that has guava, papaya and mango trees.
Mr. Sawant, the owner, took care of checking in with us before our arrival and Mr. Arun, who manages the kitchen, made sure we get a wide spread of options for both veg and non-veg food. I can vouch for their food and service any day.
Added attraction - this being the grapes-season in n around Nasik, we ventured out to nearby farms and got back with juicy, farm-fresh grapes. Farmers were very kind and adamant on not charging us anything,
